The BE4ALL website acts as an intermediary between customers and third party suppliers. The website is not responsible for the quality of the products or their shipping, the sole responsibility is with the supplier.
By agreeing to these regulations, you agree to receive e-mail updates from the BE4ALL website. The updates include e-mail messages including: updates regarding the status of the order, promotions and tips.
When making your purchase on the BE4ALL  You are aware that the products you choose to order are not stored at the BE4ALL website but at third party suppliers who ship the products from different countries directly to the customer and the average delivery times are 5-75 business days. There is no commitment in this section or in general by the website regarding the actual expected delivery times and every purchase is protected by the buyer's protection (section 9).
There is no refund for products purchased on the website and transactions cannot be canceled except at the discretion of the BE4ALL website in exceptional cases and with a commission of 10% of the transaction amount.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the costs of taxation, customs, VAT and other costs that he must take into account when he orders a product to Israel from the BE4ALL website, since the products are sent directly from abroad. The price displayed on the website does not include these or other import costs and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to perfect the feasibility of the transaction according to the relevant laws for importing products in the State of Israel. Lifetime warranty: When our suppliers offer a lifetime warranty on a product, they undertake to repair or send a new product if necessary if the product has broken down or been damaged by reasonable use of the product for the purposes for which it was intended. Our suppliers may ask the buyer to send a photo of the defective product or mail the defective product to the supplier's offices for repair.
The photos, moving images and videos are for product illustration only. The color, model, shape and characteristics of the product are determined according to the product description and not according to the marketing materials.
Purchase protection (buyer protection) - if a package does not arrive up to 75 business days from the moment of the order, you can contact us for a full credit immediately
The products may arrive with a different logo or no logo at all from the logo shown in the picture according to the availability of the products in stock.

A tracking number after the shipment will be sent automatically between 1  for 15 business days!
If a discount code was not entered at the time of purchase, the purchaser will not be credited retroactively, even if he had such a code in his possession because it was not entered into the system at the time of purchase.
Product return and cancellation policy.
The BE4ALL website is a platform for direct purchase from suppliers around the world. When placing an order, the order will be sent to the supplier to deliver the products from his warehouse directly to the customer. Shipping times from China are between 5-75 business days but there may be delays depending on holidays in Israel or China.
The company will not be held responsible for delays or failure to receive a product on time due to the influence of force majeure or natural forces, including war!!!  If there are several products in the shopping basket, the delivery time will be the longest among the products. The products come from several different suppliers if you have added several different products to the shopping basket, the products may arrive in several packages.

Since each product is specially ordered from abroad for the customer who placed the order, we do not accept returns and cancellations unless the product arrived damaged.
